WMAC supports panels of Neutrals, from which arbitrators, mediators, experts, and other dispute management professionals are selected to help parties prevent and resolve disputes.All panels are composed of highly qualified professionals from the legal and business communities. Admission to the panels is a selective process and may take place on the Center’s initiative, by external nomination, or by application from candidates. All Willminds Neutrals are expected to meet certain requirements and to maintain the highest ethical standards as set out by the governing ethical codes and rules.

Certain criteria may be waived if applicant undertakes training courses and practice at the Willminds Academy when available.

Apply – Mediators

To register as a mediator in the WMAC Panel of Mediators, a candidate shall fulfill the following conditions:

  • Educational degree(s) and/or professional license(s) appropriate to applicant’s field of expertise
  • Successfully completed the mediation training at a recognized ADR institution.
  • At least 5 years of professional post-qualification experience in any field
  • Recommended to have completed at least 3 mediations as a mediator, or 1 mediation and counsel in 2 mediations.
  • Enjoys full civil rights and has never been convicted of a crime.

Apply – Arbitrators

To register as an Arbitrator in the WMAC Panel of arbitrators, a candidate shall fulfill the following conditions:

  • Educational degree(s) and/or professional license(s) appropriate to the applicant’s field of expertise.
  • At least 8 years of professional post-qualification experience in any field.
  • Certified as an arbitrator by a professional arbitration institute.
  • Experience as an arbitrator in 2 or more cases.
  • Written at least 1 arbitral award.
  • Enjoys full civil rights and has never been convicted of a crime.

Apply – Experts

To register as an expert in the WMAC Panel of Experts, and act as expert determiner or on dispute boards, candidate shall fulfill the following conditions:

  • Educational degree(s) and/or professional license(s) appropriate to the applicant’s field of expertise.
  • At least 10 years of professional post-qualification experience in the specific field of expertise.
  • Membership in a professional body.
  • Demonstration of thought-leadership within the profession (e.g. lecturing, publication of articles, writing recognized texts, speaking at conferences).
  • Enjoys full civil rights and has never been convicted of a crime.
  • Expert training is a plus.
