Pascale has successfully managed to turn Willminds into one of the most respected institutions in Alternative Dispute Resolution in Lebanon. She has successfully established branches of consulting services and soon to be launched - Willminds Academy. She is constantly focused on sustainable results, innovative approaches, and social and justice impact enhancement.
